Member Preferential Periods

Members winter preferential booking period closes 31 March. All member bookings received prior to 31 March will be taken as having arrived on the closure date.
Bookings received prior to 31st March for any "overbooked" weeks will be balloted. When ballots are necessary, members will be restricted to one week of accommodation for the peak periods including any balloted weeks.
An extended members preferential period is in place for NSW School holidays (Friday 1 July – Saturday 16 July 2022 inclusive) and the first three full weeks in August (Sunday 7 – Saturday 27 August 2022 inclusive). Non-member bookings open 1 May for this period. All non-members' bookings received prior to 1 May will be taken as having arrived on the 1 May.
No unaccompanied non-members will be accepted between the second and last weekends of August (between Friday 5 August – Saturday 27 August 2022 inclusive)
Once members preferential booking period(s) closes, bookings will be opened to members and non-members a like if rooms are available subject to the conditions above and the club's by-laws.

Children Bookings including children under 3 years of age NOT accepted 1 July to 31 August inclusive, with the exception of All Ages Weeks which are the second week of NSW school holidays (Sunday 9 July – Saturday 16 July 2022 inclusive), a week after NSW school holidays (Sunday 17 July – Saturday 23 July 2022 inclusive) and during the Kiama Club Weekend where children under 3 are welcome (applies to both members & non-members).

Exclusive Use Exclusive use of the Lodge applies with a group booking of 24 beds or more – EXCEPT during the winter season and all Thredbo special public event weekends such as Easter, Christmas, Blues Festival, Jazz Festival etc where exclusive use of the Lodge is not available.

Booking Conditions

Prices are per person per night including GST
All dates are inclusive and room and bed allocations are confirmed on arrival
Children under 3 years stay FREE when using same room as family. Age of child determined at time of stay.
MINIMUM BOOKING PERIODS APPLY July to August for Members & Guests. Priority is given in the following order: Bookings for Sunday to Saturday, then bookings for Sunday to Thursday, then bookings for Friday to Saturday. Following Members only preferential booking periods (see above) bookings will be allocated based on availability.
MAXIMUM BOOKING PERIODS APPLY During school holidays, only 1 week can be booked prior to the cut-off date. Other weeks can be booked if places available after the Members Preferential allocations.
Check-in 3pm Check-out 11am including kitchen. Car park checkout is 3pm.
For those skiing or boarding on the last day you may use the bathroom in the laundry but you must be completely vacated by 3pm to allow other guests to arrive. A late penalty of $50 per person will apply if not fully vacated by 3pm

Payment and Cancellation Conditions

Full payment is due upon invoice. Failure to make payment within 14 days may result in re-allocation of the booking and be subject to cancellation fees.
Cancellations more than 60 days prior to stay – full refund less $55 admin fee.
Cancellations more than 45 days prior to stay 25% of invoice not refunded. Cancellations more than 30 days prior to stay 50% of invoice not refunded. Cancellations less than 30 days prior to stay – no refund.
